f you notice that your online orders in the tablet application are appearing as advanced orders (scheduled for later), even though customers placed them for immediate fulfillment, this is usually caused by an incorrect system time or time zone on the tablet.
How to Fix the Issue

On your tablet, go to Settings > Date & Time.

Make sure:

Automatic Date & Time is enabled (if available).

The Time Zone matches your restaurant’s actual location.

Restart the tablet after updating the settings.
States with Split Time Zones
Some U.S. states are divided between different time zones. Please double-check your location to avoid errors:

Oregon & Idaho → split between Pacific and Mountain

Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota → split between Central and Mountain

Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee → split between Eastern and Central
⚠️ Important: If the wrong time zone is selected, orders may appear incorrectly in the app (e.g., showing as “advanced” instead of “as soon as possible”).
