1. Navigate to https://owner.orders2me.com/

2. Click this icon, 3 lines on the right corner

3. Click "Reports"

4. Select the correct Store

5. Click "Sales"

6. Click "Completed Orders" (for previous or past order)

7. Select the Date

8. Find and Click the order you want refund

9. Click the "Cancel & Refund" button

10. Click "PARTIAL REFUND" or "FULL REFUND" - you might need to put or select from the options for a reason of cancel.
