1. Navigate to https://owner.orders2me.com/

2. Click this icon.

3. Click Settings

4. Click Store Settings

5. Click on Website Status

6. To turn on online ordering, select “Open as usual.”
If the website is currently showing as closed and the client is using POS integration, please ensure all POS services are running properly to avoid order injection issues.

7. Closed for allows you to temporarily close online ordering for today or a selected time period.

8. Closed until allows you to set a future date and time to reopen online ordering, along with a custom message that will be displayed to customers.

9. Choose a date and select Save. Repeat the process to set the reopen time.

10. Select Closed to stop online ordering without setting a future reopen date or time.

11. Click "SAVE" on website status page.

12. ALWAYS click "SAVE" on the store settings page to save all changes that have been made.
